The 2011 Western Region Leadership Conference brings together between 1,500 and 2,000 DECA members, advisors, partners, and guests for a three day leadership and career development experience. Students attending the conference will experience incredible speakers, powerful workshops, cutting edge exhibits, career-based competitions, and engage with industry leaders and experts. Members will Get Inspired, Get Prepared, Get Excited, and most importantly: GET DECA!  Students attending will be from all over Western Region DECA, including Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, and more!
